Before You Read
Ensure the vehicle battery is fully charged or connected to a stable charger. Verify that your flash tool firmware and software are up to date. Disable any battery-saving features that might interrupt the read process. A stable power supply prevents partial reads that waste time and can corrupt data.
File and Vehicle Information
Record the VIN, exact model designation, production year, and current odometer reading. Note the fuel grade you normally run and list every aftermarket modification — even items you think are minor, like a panel filter. This information is attached to the calibration and helps our engineers avoid assumptions.
Upload and Verification
Upload the original binary (or ZIP) through the portal and confirm the file size matches your tool's expected output. Select the correct calibration type and review the summary before hitting submit. The portal runs an automated integrity check — if it flags an issue, re-read the ECU before proceeding.
After Submission
You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. Typical turnaround is 12-24 hours for standard Stage 1 files and 24-48 hours for custom calibrations. If additional information is needed, our team will reach out via the portal messaging system.
