1. About JB Remap

This website and the services described on it are operated by JB Remap ("we", "us" or "our").

2. Scope of Services

JB Remap provides vehicle diagnostic, ECU calibration, performance optimisation and related workshop services, subject to the vehicle, its technical condition and the service agreed with the customer.

The information on this website is general in nature. Availability, compatibility, expected results and pricing are confirmed only after we assess the relevant vehicle and agree the work with you.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By booking or using our services, you confirm that:

• you are the vehicle owner or have the owner's authority to request the work;
• all information provided about the vehicle, its modifications and its condition is accurate;
• the vehicle is mechanically sound and appropriately maintained;
• you will use the vehicle in compliance with all applicable road-safety, insurance, warranty, registration and emissions laws;
• you understand that vehicle modifications may affect manufacturer warranties, insurance cover, emissions status, reliability or road legality.

JB Remap does not provide services intended to disable, bypass or defeat legally required emissions-control or safety systems.

4. Performance and Results

Any performance figures, gains, estimates or examples shown on the website are indicative only. Actual results may vary according to the vehicle, ECU version, fuel quality, existing modifications, mechanical condition, environment and other factors.

We do not guarantee a specific horsepower, torque, fuel-economy or driving result unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Bookings, Quotes and Payments

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it directly or when any required deposit has been received.

Prices, payment terms, deposits, cancellations and any additional charges will be communicated before work begins. Deposits may be non-refundable only where this has been clearly stated and where permitted by applicable law.

6. Warranty and Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JB Remap is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of use, business interruption, loss caused by undisclosed vehicle defects, or loss resulting from unlawful use of a modified vehicle.

Where we are legally liable, our total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, text, technical materials and software-related materials are owned by or licensed to JB Remap. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

8. Suspension or Refusal of Service

We may decline, suspend or stop work where we reasonably believe that a request is unsafe, unlawful, technically inappropriate, outside our capabilities, or based on inaccurate information.
