Initial Flash and Baseline
After you flash the first calibration file, drive the vehicle through a defined test protocol — typically a mix of city driving, motorway cruising, and one or two wide-open-throttle pulls. This establishes a real-world baseline of how the calibration behaves on your specific vehicle and environment.
Capturing and Submitting Datalogs
Use your logging tool to capture key parameters: boost pressure, knock count, fuel trims, lambda, and charge-air temperature. Save the log and upload it to the portal alongside any notes about driveability — hesitation, surging, or anything that feels unusual. Clear, detailed feedback speeds up the revision process.
Engineer Review and Revision
Our calibration engineer analyses the datalog against the expected targets. Adjustments may include tightening boost control, advancing or retarding timing in specific load cells, or refining the fuelling map. A revised file is uploaded to the portal with a summary of the changes made.
Final Sign-Off
Most calibrations reach their final state within two to three revisions. The final file is archived and linked to your vehicle record so that future updates or stage upgrades can build on the verified baseline rather than starting from scratch.
