Reading the Original File
Use your flash tool to perform a full read of the ECU. Ensure the read completes without errors and that the resulting file size matches the expected size for your ECU type. A partial or corrupted read will delay the calibration process and may require a second attempt at the vehicle.
Packaging the File
Save the original file with a clear naming convention — for example "G20_B58_Stock_2024-06-15.bin". Do not rename or modify the binary in any way. If your tool produces multiple files (full read + boot read), include both. Compress into a single ZIP archive before uploading.
Completing the Submission Form
On the file service portal, fill in the vehicle VIN, current mileage, fuel grade, and a description of any aftermarket hardware. Select the calibration type (Stage 1, Stage 2, or Custom) and attach the ZIP. Double-check every field — incorrect details can lead to a calibration that does not match your vehicle.
What Happens Next
After submission, our system validates the file format and ECU identifier automatically. A calibration engineer then reviews the request, writes the file, and uploads the modified calibration to your portal account. You will receive an email notification when the file is ready for download and flashing.
